BCCI Invites bids for the media rights to the BCCI international and domestic matches

Under this Invitation to Tender (ITT), the winning bidder will be granted Media Rights Package(s) (as defined in the ITT) relating to the BCCI International and Domestic Matches during the period commencing from 1 April 2018 till the 31 March 2023 for the following Media Rights Packages through Online Auction process: 1. Global Television Rights plus ROW Digital Rights Package. 2. Indian Subcontinent Digital Rights Package. 3. Global Consolidated Rights Package. Bids may be submitted for one or more of the Media Rights Packages specified in the ITT. The terms and conditions governing the submission and evaluation of bids including eligibility requirements and performance obligations in respect to each Media Rights Package are contained in the ITT which will be available for collection by interested parties from Monday to Friday 10AM-5PM IST starting from 20 February 2018. Interested Parties may take note that a Bidder Workshop on the Online Auction process is scheduled to be held at 11 AM on 7 March 2018 and therefore the ITT may only be collected by Interested Parties till 5 PM on 5 March 2018 at the BCCI office, 2nd Floor, Cricket Centre, Wankhede Stadium, D Road, Churchgate, Mumbai 400 020 upon payment of INR 6,80,000 or USD 10,000 (non-refundable and non-adjustable) by demand draft or pay order (both payable in Mumbai) favouring The Board of Control for Cricket in India. Interested parties may also remit the said amount by way of bank transfer. The bank details will be made available to interested parties upon an e-mail request to ceo@bcci.tv. Interested parties shall, before collecting the ITT, deliver demand draft or pay order to BCCI under cover of a letter stating the name(s) of the person(s)/ entity(ies) seeking to collect the ITT. Alternately, interested parties may deliver satisfactory proof of having remitted the aforesaid amount by way of bank transfer by email to ceo@bcci.tv and request for the ITT to be sent to them by email. The bids are to be submitted at 10 AM on 27 March 2018 at the place specified in the ITT. The online auction shall start from 2 PM on 27 March 2018. The BCCI reserves the right at its discretion to cancel or amend the entire bidding process at any stage and to reject any and all bids without providing any reason. Merely buying the ITT does not entitle the purchaser to bid but in order to bid the purchaser must buy the ITT in the name of the company or group desiring to bid. Amitabh Choudhary Hon.
