Continuing their mission to develop the sport of cricket in India, the Board of Control for Cricket in India Secretary Anurag Thakur said the BCCI is committed to see the sport flourish in the North East “The Board is committed for the development of cricket in the North East states,” said Thakur. The Secretary further said he would tour all the eight states in the North East and assured resumption of tournaments from January next year. He also met Meghalaya Cricket Association officials and extended Board’s support and cooperation.
