Bengal captain, Manoj Tiwary smashed a century against UP even as Kuldeep Yadav picked a five-for in the ongoing game. In Lahli, Ishwar Pandey wrecked the Punjab line-up in the morning to finish with eight wickets in the innings while Manpreet Gony took four to push MP on the backfoot later in the day. However, with the team on 262, Yusuf Pathan accounted for Herwadkar, but Sandhu rallied on to take the team to a first innings lead with the lower order. He was batting on 56 with Tushar Deshpande on 11 to take Mumbai to 313 for eight at the end of day’s play. Earlier, Baroda lost their last wicket of Swapnil Singh for the addition of 19 runs to the overnight total of 286.
