Summary

Double-centurion Rahul Hazaria carried his bat for Assam

Rahul Hazrika, who was the only double-centurion of the round, carried his bat for Assam against Chattisgarh. Karnataka's Nischal D was the other batsman to carry his bat for the team. The opener's 58* came in the team's second innings while the rest of the line-up succumbed to the Tamil Nadu attack. Highlights at the end of the round:

Tripura vs Saurashtra: Sau won by innings and 211 runs. Baroda vs Andhra: Baroda won by innings and 226 runs. Andhra 1st inn 96/10 (K Kumar 44, R Arothe 5/33, A Sheth 5/41); Baroda 429/10 (D Mistry 110, V Solanki 94, M Rajasekhar 3/82, CS Kishore 3/87); Andhra 2nd inn 107/10 (M Pranith 36, R Arothe 5/34, BA Pathan 2/19, A Sheth 2/37) R Arothe claimed five wickets in each innings to help Baroda to a massive win. The batting line-up led by DM Mistry (110) helped the team to post a formidable first innings total to keep Baroda in a commanding position. Haryana vs Jharkhand: Jharkhand won by 5 wickets. Tamil Nadu vs Karnataka: TN won by 240 runs. Middle-order batsman, S Kazi's 103 helped Maharashtra to an advantageous position with a total in excess of 300 after the hosts elected to bat. Delhi vs Uttar Pradesh: Delhi won by 8 wickets. Assam vs Chhattisgarh: Match Drawn Assam gained 3 points for 1st inn lead while Chattisgarh received 1. While No 8 batsman S Ravindar Reddy's 123 and Rohan Yadav's century in the middle-order helped set the platform for Hyderabad's win, the Tanay Thygarajan (three wickets in both innings) helped enforce a follow on and put the team in the driver's seat. Himachal Pradesh vs Madhya Pradesh: Match Drawn. MP gained 3 points for first innings lead while HP received 1. Shubham Sharma (163) and Venkatesh Iyer's (129) set the platform for MP's first innings lead by helping the team to mammoth score after electing to bat first in Amtar with well compiled centuries. Amibkeshwar Mishra's five for 45 after Railways elected to field followed by six for 74 in the second innings kept Railways in commanding position in the four-day match against Odisha
