Jasprit Bumrah unavailable for match against Nepal

Mr Jasprit Bumrah will miss India’s Asia Cup game against Nepal at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium today. The fast bowler travelled to India on Sunday to be with his wife and family as they welcome the arrival of their first child. Mr Bumrah has informed that they have been blessed with a baby boy and will rejoin the squad ahead of India’s next game on 10th September.

The Board extends its warmest greetings to Mr Bumrah and his family on this joyous chapter in their lives.
