Railways are within touching distance of securing their maiden victory this season thanks to their consistent show on three days against Baroda in Nagpur’s Vidarbha Cricket Ground. On the final day of the Ranji Trophy’s sixth round matches, they need only 23 runs to win. Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh are locked in a close battle with Mumbai and need 252 runs on the fourth day with nine wickets in hand. For UP, Saurabh Kumar (3 for 48) and Kuldeep Yadav (3 for 77) shared six wickets between them, while captain Bhuvaneshwar Kumar took two for 53.
