Hyderabad vs Railways in Hyderabad: A drawn match against Railways gave Hyderabad three points on the basis of their first innings lead.
Resuming on 130 for six, Hyderabad declared their second innings for 196 earlier on the last day. In response Railways were 280 for seven when the match ended in a draw while chasing 321.
Gujarat vs Punjab in Valsad: Beating them by 37 runs, Gujarat handed Punjab their second defeat of the season. Having set the visitors a 231-run target and a day to get it, Gujarat bowled Punjab out for 193 on the final day of the game to gain six points from the win.
Rush Kalaria got the ball rolling with the wickets of the openers early in the innings, while Rakesh Dhruv claimed dealt crucial blows at regular intervals. Dhruv finished with a fiver, while Kalaria took three and Ishwar Chaudhary and Kushang Patel picked a wicket each to take Gujarat to victory.
UPCA vs Tamil Nadu in Chennai: A comprehensive 195-win over Tamil Nadu earned Uttar Pradesh six points in the eighth round game.
Chasing 421 runs on their home ground, TN were bundled out for 225 by the Ali Murtaza and Praveen Gupta-led UP attack. Murtaza claimed three wickets, while Gupta picked four wickets and Imtiaz Ahmed chipped in with two, while Tanmay Srivastava took one.
Haryana vs Karnataka in Hubli: Haryana received three points on the basis of their first innings lead while Karnataka got one from the drawn match at the KSCA Hubli Cricket Ground.
Following on, centuries by Robin Uthappa (137) and Kunal Kapoor (100*) had taken Karnataka to 332 for two in the second innings when the match ended.
Baroda vs Maharashtra in Pune: After Maharashtra declared their first innings for 449 earlier today, Baroda were 231 for one when the match ended. Saurabh Wakaskar was not out on 100 with Abhimanyu Chauhan on 109 in the drawn encounter.
Maharashtra picked three points on the basis of their first innings lead, while Baroda got one.
Vidarbha vs Odisha in Cuttack: Vidarbha gained six points from a convincing 106-run victory over hosts Odisha at the DRIEMS Ground, Tangi.
J and K vs Himachal in Jammu: HP gained three points on the basis of their first innings lead against J&K in their drawn match in Jammu.
Chasing 325, Himachal were 189 for two when the match ended, after commencing the on 32 for one on the last day of the match.
Jharkhand vs Kerala in Malappuram: Kerala beat Jharkhand by an innings and 35 runs to claim seven points from the thumping victory.
Andhra vs Assam in Guwahati: On the basis of their first innings lead, Assam gained three points against Andhra in their Group C encounter at the Nehru Stadium.
After resuming their second innings on 10 without loss, Andhra were 229 for seven when the match ended in a draw today.
Tripura vs Goa in Agartala: The Group C drawn game between Tripura and Goa at the Maharaja Bir Bikram College Stadium granted only a point each to both the teams.
Goa were 116 for six in the first innings when the match ended today after Tripura posted 278 in their first innings.
Rajasthan vs Saurashtra in Jaipur: Chasing 306, Saurashtra were 217 for the loss of five wickets against Rajasthan when the match ended in a draw at the KL Saini Ground.
Rajasthan claimed three points on the basis of their first innings lead, while Saurashtra received one point from the game.
