Piyush Chawla to represent defending champions Gujarat
Ahead of the 2017-18 season, the list of guest players for the Ranji Trophy is as below. Robin Uthappa has decided to make a switch from Karnataka to Saurashtra whiile leg spinner Piyush Chawla will now play for Gujarat, the defending champions. Mohammed Kaif will continue to represent Chhattisgarh State Cricket Sangh.
