Pune, Jan 8: Uttar Pradesh beat Vidarbha in the Women’s Under-19 One-Day Super League final in the last over of the game.

UP won the toss and elected to field first in the 50-over-a-side match at Poona Club Ground in Pune.

UP restricted Vidarbha to 186 in their allotted 50 overs. Opener Mona Meshram top-scored for Vidarbha with 88 runs and later picked up a wicket too.

Shubhi Pandey, who picked the wicket of Meshram, was the leading wicket-taker for UP with two wickets.

Chasing 187, UP women reached their target in 49.5 overs. Komal Hora, with 61 runs, was the leading run-getter for the side.
